• Equip family caretakers with knowledge, resources, and confidence.
• Empower families to take control of their senior’s circumstances in the best interest of their loved one.

Emotional Needs:

• Assist in managing requirements for emotional well-being maintaining quality of life.
• Provide companionship and ensure seniors feel respected, valued, and understood.
• Offer opportunities for social interaction and meaningful relationships.
• Address feelings of loneliness, isolation, or anxiety.
• Support improvements in mental and emotional well-being.

Medical Needs:

• Assist caregivers in managing healthcare requirements.
• Support with preventative care, vaccinations, and screenings.

Behavioral Needs:

Discovery and Navigation Phase to understand the senior and the family wishes:

1. Move away from what is NOT working and provide a solution for the entire family
2. Review physical limitations
3. Review the senior’s mental and emotional needs and wishes.
4. Review the best methods of safety for the senior
5. Take the pressure off the family
6. Roadmap: an all-inclusive roadmap updated twice per year that provides directions from the senior’s doctors, medication lists, medical background, HIPPA compliance, life insurance, will, survivorship and beneficiaries, list of decision makers and more
